PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this proposed rulemaking is to update the slot machine jackpot payout requirements, update forms, update the Commission's physical and website address, correct typographical errors, and change all references from division to commission to reflect the type two transfer required by chapter 2021-269, Laws of Florida.
