Effective Date

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule action is to repeal the rule that is unnecessary as it is a restatement of statutory language and is inconsistent with rulemaking guidelines.

SUMMARY:

The subject of the rule is a statement of when Rule Chapter 28-29 relating to land planning becomes effective.  The rule chapter effective date is contained in the history notes, and the current rule statement is unnecessary and inconsistent with rulemaking guidelines.
NOTE:  IF REQUESTED IN WRITING AND NOT DEEMED UNNECESSARY BY THE AGENCY HEAD, A HEARING WILL BE NOTICED IN THE NEXT AVAILABLE FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE REGISTER.  (In accordance with the provisions in subsection 120.54(3)(c)1., FS.)
