PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendments is as follows: to update the existing rules to comport with recommended practices of the Division of Professions, Talent Agencies; to correct spelling within existing rules; to add fee provisions for unlicensed activity as well as fingerprint and background checks; and elimination of criteria for selection of investigators.

SUBJECT:

The subject area to be addressed by these rules is the licensing and regulation of talent agencies in the state of Florida.
