Board of Veterinary Medicine Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to amend the rule to update and revise existing application forms in order to comply with the applicable statutes and rules.

SUMMARY:

Within the provided paragraph the Department proposes to amend Rule 61-35.025, F.A.C., to adopt the revised forms.
