Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services Provider Rate Table

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-13.081, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), is to incorporate by reference the Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services Provider Rate Table, July 2026. The revised rate table includes a uniform rate increase pursuant to HB 5001, the 2026-2027 General Appropriations Act.

SUBJECT:

Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting Waiver Services Provider Rate Table. 
An additional area to be addressed during the workshop will be the potential regulatory impact Rule 59G-13.081, F.A.C., will have as provided for under sections 120.54 and 120.541, F.S.
