Overview

RULE:

14-10.057

Vegetation Management Application and Permit Insurance

PURPOSE:

Rule 14-10.057, F.A.C., provides criteria/requirements for tree trimming and other vegetation management on Department property as necessary for visibility of outdoor advertising signs.

SUMMARY:

The rule is being amended to update a vegetative mitigation reference and to delete the sunset provision.
