My Safe Florida Home Program

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking implements the statutory changes made to the My Safe Florida Home Program (Program) by Chapter 2026-174, Laws of Florida. The rulemaking will clarify the application process, property eligibility, and eligible mitigation projects.

SUMMARY:

This rule will outline the requirements for participation in the My Safe Florida Home Program.
