RULE:

60CC-2.004	Determining Results of Election
60CC-2.005	Post-election Petition; Determination of Challenges
60CC-2.006	Cost of Conducting Election

PURPOSE:

The Commission proposes to amend the following rules related to elections held pursuant to ss. 447.307 and 447.308, F.S. to conform to recent legislative amendments to Chapter 447, F.S. and to clarify existing procedures: Rule 60CC-2.004 related to determining the results of elections; Rule 60CC-2.005 related to post-election petitions and ballot challenges; and Rule 60CC-2.006 related to the cost of conducting elections.

SUMMARY:

The rules related to elections held pursuant to ss. 447.307 and 447.308, F.S. are being amended to conform to recent legislative amendments to Chapter 447, F.S., and to clarify the Commission’s regulatory framework.
