Subject:	FloridaCommerce is in the process of updating the state’s program year 2026 - 2027 plan for administering the Weatherization Assistance Program. (WAP State Plan). Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 440.14(a), FloridaCommerce will conduct a virtual public hearing. During these hearings, public comments on the proposed WAP State Plan will be received. FloridaCommerce will also prepare a transcript of the hearing and make it available to the public.
