	The State Board of Administration announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 14, 2006, 9:00 a.m. (ET) to conclusion of the meeting

PLACE:	Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	To seek permission from the Trustees to file a Notice of Proposed Change with respect to Rule 19-15.001, F.A.C., Insurance Capital Build-Up Incentive Program, and the incorporated forms. In addition, other general business of the Board will be addressed.
