PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to include the new grading scale for the Test of English as a Foreign Language Examination and amend the process for application for multi-state license by examination and endorsement.

SUBJECT:

Acceptable scores for TOEFL Examinations and multi-state license by examination and endorsement.
