69U-105.102	Application
69U-105.800	Capital, Liquidity, and Risk Management for Stablecoin Issuers

PURPOSE:

To amend Rule 69U-105.102 by adding a hyperlink to amended form OFR-U-28, Application for Authority to Organize a Trust Company, to conform to and implement Chapter 2026-176, Laws of Florida, which requires the Office to modify current forms relating to an application to organize a trust company to conform the regulatory framework for payment stablecoin issuers, pursuant to 658.997(2)(b)5, F.S.

To create Rule 69U-105.800 to conform to and implement Chapter 2026-176, Laws of Florida, which requires the agency, pursuant to s. 658.997(8), F.S., to adopt rules relating to payment stablecoin issuers’ capital, liquidity, and risk management requirements which are consistent with s. 4(a)(4) of the GENIUS Act
