Overview



	The Board of Commissioners of the Florida Inland Navigation District announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Friday, November 17, 2006, 8:00 a.m.

PLACE:	The City Council Chambers, City of Fernandina Beach City Hall, 204 Ash Street, Fernandina Beach, Nassau County, Florida

Subject:	A meeting of the Board of Commissioners to conduct the regular business of the District. This business will include the review and approval of the Nassau County Reach I Restudy which analyzed whether the District’s Crane Island Dredged Material Management Area could be replaced with an alternative site. Additionally, the District’s Finance and Budget, Legislative and Land Acquisition and Management Committees will meet. On Thursday evening, November 16, 2006, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., the District will host a free and open to the public Community Outreach Event at Fort Clinch.

If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, they will need a record of the proceeding, and for such purposes, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
