PURPOSE:

The Division proposes these rule amendments to revise multiple definitions, update victim compensation benefits, and update the schedule of benefits.

Definitions of  “victim/applicant”, “cooperation”, “filing time”, and “reporting time”, victim compensation benefits, schedule of benefits.
