PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this proposed rulemaking is to update rule language and the form for improved clarity and usability, change a reference from division to commission to reflect the type two transfer required by chapter 2021-269, Laws of Florida, and update statutory citations.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking will update Commission rule to improve the clarity and usability the incorporated form, cause the rule language to reflect changes to the law made by chapter 2021-269, Laws of Florida, and update statutory citations.
