PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed amendments to Rule 12-26.008, F.A.C., is to (1) adopt, by reference, changes to forms used by the Department in the processing of applications for refunds; and (2) update information on how to obtain the forms from the Department.

SUBJECT:

The subject area of this rule development is the proposed adoption of changes to the forms used by the Department in the processing of applications for refunds.
