Personal Vehicle Damage Reimbursement Claims (Transferred)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to clarify that employees using a personal vehicle while on duty must have automobile insurance to include property or collision coverage in order to seek reimbursement for a deductible claim when the vehicle is damaged while on duty and provide that the deductible reimbursement shall not exceed six hundred dollars.
