Beneficiary Defined (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To amend the Florida Prepaid College Plan beneficiary definition to require each beneficiary to have a valid social security number for plan participation.

SUMMARY:

This rule change is being made to the Florida Prepaid College Plan beneficiary definition to require beneficiaries to have a valid social security number.
