Inmate Telephone Use

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to amend Form DC6-223, Inmate Telephone Agreement and Number List, to clarify how the form should be used to make additions/changes to the inmate telephone number list.

SUMMARY:

Form DC6-223, Inmate Telephone Agreement, is amended to clarify how the form should be used to make additions or changes to the inmate telephone number list.
