Continuing Education Requirements for Asbestos Consultants/Contractors

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to create consistency between the continuing education monitoring requirements of the Asbestos Licensing Unit Rules and those requirements of Section 455.2177(1), Florida Statutes.
