Overview



	The Division of Air Resource Management announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, December 13, 2006, at 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Florida Department of Protection, Division of Air Resource Management, 111 South Magnolia Drive, Suite 23, Directors Conference Room, Tallahassee, Florida.

Subject:	The Department is conducting a public meeting pursuant to the requirements of 40 CFR 51.102 to hear comments on its proposal to submit to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, as a proposed revision to Florida’s State Implementation Plan (SIP) under the Clean Air Act, a set of amendments to rule Chapters 62-204, and 62-296, F.A.C. The rule amendments, as published November 22, 2006, in the FAW, if approved by the Secretary and adopted by the Department, are intended to ensure that certain sources of visibility-impairing pollutants in Florida use Best Available Retrofit Technology (BART) to reduce the impact of their emissions on regional haze.
