Advertising

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to address recent legislation requiring appropriate notification to patients with regard to licensure status.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment prohibits the dissemination of advertisements which fail to properly identify a licensee’s licensure status.
