28-101	ORGANIZATION
28-101.001	Statement of Agency Organization and Operation

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this proposed rule is to facilitate filings by electronic mail or facsimile and require an agency to state hours during which it will accept filings, if the agency accepts such filings.  The law implemented is also modified due to change in statutory authority.
