	The Financial Services Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	December 19, 2006 at 9:00 a.m., during a regular meeting of the Financial Services Commission.

Subject:	This is the Final Public Hearing on the adoption of proposed amendments to Rule 69O-137.001, Annual and Quarterly Reporting Requirements, Florida Administrative Code, published on October 27, 2006 in Vol. 32, No.43, of the Florida Administrative Weekly. No notice of change was published. THE FULL TEXT OF THE PROPOSED RULE IS: 69O-137.001 Annual and Quarterly Reporting Requirements. (1) – (3) No change. (4) Manuals Adopted. (a) Annual and quarterly statements shall be prepared in accordance with the following manuals, which are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference: 1. The NAIC’s Quarterly and Annual Statement Instructions, Property and Casualty, 20062005; 2. The NAIC’s Quarterly and Annual Statement Instructions/Life, Accident and Health, 20062005; 3. The NAIC’s Quarterly and Annual Statement Instructions/Health, 20062005; and 4. The NAIC’s Quarterly and Annual Statement Instructions/Title, 2006; and 5.
