PURPOSE:

To provide clarification of the rule chapter.

SUMMARY:

Rule Chapter 9B-43, F.A.C., has been revised to clarify certain requirements relating to the Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Clarifications have also been made to the application manual, which is incorporated by reference. These clarifications are a follow-up to a major revision of the rule in May 2006.
