	The Florida Public Service Commission, announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	December 5, 2006, 9:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Commission Hearing Room 148, Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	To consider and make a decision regarding the proposed rules in this docket and adopt, reject, or modify the proposed rules. LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapters 120, 350, and 364, F.S. The person to be contacted regarding these rules is Samantha Cibula at (850)413-6202.


	A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: Director, Division of the Commission Clerk and Administrative Services, Florida Public Service Commission, 2540 Shumard Oak Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32399.
