Overview



	The Florida Public Service Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	December 8, 2006, 9:30 a.m. (EDT)

PLACE:	Room 148, The Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	The purpose of this hearing shall be for the Commission to make a: (1) Determination of recovery of natural gas storage project costs, including base gas charges and carrying costs on natural gas stored in inventory. (2) Determination of the proposed amendment to the existing GPIF mechanism to incorporate a “dead band” around the scale of Generating Performance Incentive Points, and the effective date of the amendment, if the mechanism is changed. The proceedings will be governed by the provisions of Chapter 120, F.S., and Chapter 25-28, F.A.C.
