PURPOSE:

The rule establishes the standards and requirements for the administration, operation and implementation of the Intensive Residential Treatment (IRT) program for youth less than 13 years of age.

SUBJECT:

The rule details the elements of the Intensive Residential Treatment (IRT) program, including intake, orientation, case management, services for youth, construction, safety and security, program monitoring and research.
