Overview



	The Department of Health, Board of Dentistry, announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	December 8, 2006, 9:00 a.m.

Subject:	To review reconsideration cases. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which records include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Any person requiring a special accommodation at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact Sarah Walls, (850)245-4474, at least five calendar days prior to the meeting.
