	The Florida Higher Educational Facilities Financing Authority announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Friday, December 1, 2006, 10:00 a.m.

Subject:	Meeting to discuss consideration of Flagler College Series 2006 bond issue and to conduct regular board business.
