Overview



	The Florida Black Business Investment Board, Inc. (FBBIB) announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, December 13, 2006, 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Telephonic Meeting

Subject:	To further discuss the Board’s operations, to identify areas for future Board priorities, convene the loan, audit, and development committees, discussion/review/approval of related issues, and approve actions taken by the Chairman and/or President under delegated authority.

If a person decides to take an appeal with respect to any matter considered at these meetings, he/she will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record should include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
