RULE:

64B17-7.001

Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes to add language regarding disciplinary guidelines used for a licensee practicing on a delinquent license, inactive status license or retired status license.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment will add a new subsection detailing the fines for practicing on a delinquent license, inactive license or a retired status license.
