11C-6	CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORDS DISSEMINATION POLICY
11C-6.010	Retention of Applicant Fingerprints

PURPOSE:

Proposed revisions to Chapter 11C-6, F.A.C., are necessary to update procedures for fingerprint retention.

SUMMARY:

Requires that applicant fingerprints be submitted in a digital format, revises the procedures for submission of information and payment of fees for the Applicant Fingerprint Retention and Notification Program (AFRNP).
