Overview

RULE:

69K-17.0030	Direct Disposer/Establishment; Fees
69K-17.0034	Continuing Education for License Renewal

PURPOSE:

To update the rules to reflect legislative changes to application fees for direct disposers and the continuing education requirements for direct disposers.

SUMMARY:

The application fee for a direct disposer license is raised to $300 and the continuing education requirement for direct disposers is raised to six hours.
