	The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Pilotate Rate Review Board announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	January 29, 2007, 12:00 Noon

PLACE:	Palm Beach Harbor Pilots’ Association, 200 East 13th Street, Suite B, Riveria Beach, FL 33404

Subject:	Site visit to the Port of Palm Beach pursuant to subsection 61E13-2.007(5), Florida Administrative Code. No board business will be transacted. DATE AND TIME: January 30, 2007, 9:00 a.m. PLACE: Marriott Palm Beach Gardens, 4000 RCA Boulevard, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Rate Hearing for Port of Palm Beach. All interested parties may file an answer, an additional or alternative application, or any other applicable pleading or response, including all documentation in support thereof within thirty (30) days of this publication.
