Overview



	The Florida Public Service Commission announces customer service hearings in the following docket, to which all interested persons are invited. The hearing will be held in addition to those which have been previously noticed in the April 28, 2006, edition of the Florida Administrative Weekly. The hearing will begin as scheduled. If no witnesses are present, the hearing may be adjourned. All persons desiring to present testimony are urged to appear at the beginning of the hearing. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

PLACE:	Panama City Commission Meeting Room, 9 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32402

Subject:	To permit members of the public to give testimony regarding the petition of Gulf Power Company for issuance of a storm recovery financing order, pursuant to which it would finance the recovery of unrecovered storm restoration costs from the 2004 and 2005 hurricane seasons and the replenishment of its storm reserve or, alternatively, for establishment of a surcharge to recover 2005 storm restoration costs and replenish its storm reserve over a three-year period. All witnesses shall be subject to cross-examination at the conclusion of their testimony. Any person requiring some accommodation at this hearing because of a physical impairment should call the Division of the Commission Clerk and Administrative Services, (850)413-6770, at least 48 hours prior to the hearing.
