Contents of Petition

PURPOSE:

The main purpose and effect of this proposed rule change is to make it consistent with Section 403.519(4), F.S., effective June 19, 2006.

SUMMARY:

This rule governs the procedures for filing a petition with the Commission to determine the need for a proposed nuclear fuel electrical power plant.
