Overview



	The Board of Chiropractic Medicine, Probable Cause Panel will hold a duly noticed telephone conference call, announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, May 25, 2006, 9:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Department of Health, 4052 Bald Cypress Way, Tallahassee, Florida, at meet me number (850)921-6513

Subject:	For cases previously heard by the panel. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the Board, (850)245-4355, at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Board office using the Dual Party Relay System at 1(800)955-8770 (Voice) and 1(800)955-8771 (TDD).
