Overview



	The Board of Nursing Central Probable Cause Panel will hold a duly noticed teleconference call meeting, announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	June 21, 2006 @ 5:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Department of Health, Tallahassee at Meet Me Number (850) 921-6513

Subject:	For cases previously heard by the panel. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the Board at (850) 245-4125 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. If you are a hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Board office using the Dual Party Relay System at 1-(800)-955-8770 (Voice) and 1-(800)-955-8771 (TDD). If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be issued.
