	The Southwest Florida Water Management District announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, January 9, 2007, 1:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Southwest Florida Water Management District, District Headquarters, Governing Board Room in Building 4, 2379 Broad Street, Brooksville, Florida

Subject:	The District will consider current hydrologic conditions and whether a declaration of water shortage, pursuant to Chapter 40D-21, F.A.C., the District’s Water Shortage Plan, is warranted.
