Overview



	The Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	January 18, 2007, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon

PLACE:	Daytona Beach City Hall, Commission Chambers Room, 301 South Ridgewood Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114

Subject:	This hearing is being held to afford interested persons the opportunity to express their views concerning the relocation of the Daytona Beach Kennel Club pari-mutuel permit to another location within Volusia County, pursuant to Section 550.0555(2), F.S.


	A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting: Daytona Beach Kennel Club and agenda may be obtained by writing to: Mary Polombo, Clerk, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering, 1940 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1035. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence from which the appeal is to be issued.
