Lifeline Assistance

PURPOSE:

To amend the rule to codify the Commission's criteria for Lifeline enrollment, to require eligible telecommunications carriers to offer Link-Up as part of their Lifeline Assistance plan, to require the verification of continued eligibility for Lifeline service, to set forth application and reporting requirements, and to implement Lifeline service objectives.
