Overview



	The Department of Revenue announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	January 30, 2007, during a regular meeting of the Governor and Cabinet, which begins at 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	Approval of the adoption of amendments to Rules 12-2.022, 12-2.023, 12-2.025, and 12-2.026, Florida Administrative Code. Notice of this proposed adoption was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly on October 6, 2006 (Vol. 32, No. 40, pp. 4705-4707). On December 8, 2006 a Notice of Change was published in the Florida Administrative Weekly in response to written comments received from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee. These proposed rules were originally scheduled to be considered by the Governor and Cabinet at their meeting on January 18, 2007.
