Overview



	The Probable Cause Panel of the Florida Real Estate Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, January 18, 2007, 9:00 a.m. or the soonest thereafter

PLACE:	Zora Neale Hurston Building, North Tower, Suite 901N, 400 West Robinson Street, Orlando, Florida 32801

Subject:	To conduct a private meeting to review cases to determine probable cause and to conduct a public meeting to review cases where probable cause was previously found. Portions of the probable cause proceedings are not open to the public. All or part of this meeting may be conducted as a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation of the Commission members or its counsel. Any person who desires a special accommodation at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the Division of Real Estate, (407)245-0800 (between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.), at least five calendar days prior to the meeting.
