	The Division of Driver Licenses announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, January 30, 2007, at 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	The Capitol, Lower Level, The Cabinet Meeting Room, Tallahassee, Florida.

Subject:	Proposed amendment to Rule 15A-6, Administrative Suspension Review Hearing will be considered by the Governor and Cabinet. A notice of Proposed Rule Making regarding the above rule was published in the October 27, 2006, issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly, Vol. 32, No. 43.
