Overview



	The South Florida Regional Transportation Authority Property Committee announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Friday, January 26, 2007, 8:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Board Room, SFRTA’s Administrative Offices, 800 N. W. 33rd Street, Pompano Beach, FL 33064. Should you have any questions, please contact SFRTA Planning Office at (954)788-7916. Attendance by South Florida Regional Transportation Authority Committee Members may be in person or via conference telephone. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Property Committee with respect to any matter considered at these meetings or hearings, will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons with disabilities needing special accommodation to participate in this proceeding, must at least 48 hours prior to the meeting, provide a written request directed to: Executive Office, 800 N.
