	The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission announces a 1/2-day facilitated stakeholder meeting to discuss and examine a draft seagrass propeller scarring bill and related issues. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	The purpose of the meeting is to review stakeholder concerns and recommendations for a draft seagrass propeller scarring bill establishing penalties for seagrass damage caused by boating activities.
