Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes to amend the rule to add language to the disciplinary guidelines regarding a licensee’s failure to comply with Section 456.072(1)(t), F.S.

SUMMARY:

The amendment to the rule clarifies the discipline that can be taken against a licensee when he or she fails to comply with Section 456.072(1)(t), F.S.
