Overview



	The NOTICE OF CHANGE – The Florida Public Service Commission announces that the Prehearing Conference previously scheduled for May 23, 2006, in the following docket, has been RESCHEDULED, to which all interested persons are invited. Docket No.: 060154-EI – In re: Petition for issuance of storm recovery financing order pursuant to Section 366.8260, F.S. (2005), by Gulf Power Company. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	RESCHEDULED DATE AND TIME: May 26, 2006, 9:30 a.m.

PLACE:	Betty Easley Conference Center, Room 148, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	The purpose of the prehearing conference is to consider (1) the simplification of the issues; (2) the identification of the positions of the parties on the issues; (3) the possibility of obtaining admissions of fact and of documents which will avoid unnecessary proof; (4) the identification of the exhibits; (5) the establishment of an order of witnesses; and (6) such other matters as may aid in the disposition of the action.
