	The Department of Transportation announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	This is a follow up rule development workshop to discuss a revised draft of the proposed rule amendment resulting from the previous rule development workshop, which was held on January 23, 2007, 9:00 a.m., as scheduled in the rule development notice, which was published in issue Vol. 33, No. 1, of the F.A.W., dated January 5, 2007. THE PERSON TO BE CONTACTED REGARDING THE TEXT OF THE PROPOSED RULE IS: James C.
